If you're looking for something to help you get more enthusiastic about fitness, you're lucky to live in a time where there are so many options of activities to partake in. You can dance, you can box, you can do Pilates, you can do yoga -- the sky is the limit. And as far as yoga, there is more than one way to do it. One of the newest, most popular forms of yoga is the aerial art of it. A lot more people are taking part in the anti-gravity workout, which requires the use of a hammock. There is also another anti-gravity workout which uses an aerial hoop that has also become pretty popular. Both methods require strength and patience and seem to be a lot of fun.
